Compelling content can attract attention from the right candidates, and recruitment through text or instant messages can be effective for opening a productive dialogue with prospective applicants.
  • An efficient and easy application process should be the standard. Once you’ve caught the eye of Gen Z workers, make sure your job application process is not an impediment. This is the digital era. Younger people are less willing to spend hours pounding the pavement to fill out paper applications and have less patience with repetitive online applications.
