Labor Solutions is a staffing agency, but it is so much more than that. Our goal is to help people find the right jobs and help companies find the right people. Our reward is that we get to serve the people of the Winter Haven/Lakeland area.
Florida Roots
Labor Solutions was founded in 1999 by Baxter Troutman in Frostproof. Baxter’s family has been in Florida for four generations, and he has served the people of this area for many years. He started Labor Solutions with a heart to help the people in his area find good jobs and to help the then-booming local construction industry find the right people to help them do the work. We love serving the Winter Haven/Lakeland area because it was part of the company in the beginning, and that heart has never changed.
Local Connections
The staff in our office live here. Our families work here, go to school here, worship here, shop here, and more. Our kids take music here. They play sports here. They dance here. More than simply working in this community, we are PART of this community. We love serving the Winter Haven/Lakeland area because we are part of it
Active Involvement
While our business is about helping employers find the right people, we are also active in the community. At Christmastime, this means we do activities like the Chain of Lakes Boat Parade and a family Christmas event at the Dundee Community Center, featuring Santa Clause. We even have our own Elf of the Shelf “Merry” making appearances on social media.
Active involvement in the community has allowed us to connect with and build relationships with many people in the Winter Haven/Lakeland area. This, along with our Florida roots and our local connection, gives our team a true love for the Winter Haven/Lakeland area and serving the people in it.
